We use Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to gather data from financial institutions. By using our service, you grant us and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from the relevant financial institution.

Information accessed via Plaid includes: Account balances, transaction history, and account identifiers.

Plaid's Privacy Policy: Data accessed by Plaid is also subject to the Plaid Privacy Policy.

C. Information Collected Automatically

We may automatically collect technical information when you interact with our application, including:

  • IP addresses and device identifiers.
  • Log data (e.g., access times, pages viewed, system activity).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Client Disclosure: Information processed through the application is accessible to MCP Property Management as the contract holder for the in-house software.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Laconic Tech LLC, our clients, or the public.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.

  • Strict access controls, including the use of SSH-key-only authentication for server infrastructure.

Transaction data is generally retained for the duration of the service contract.
